Refurbishment of former care home into 3 & 4 bed houses
The Project.
At JH Group we secured the position of Principal Contractor to carry out refurbishment of Barton Grange.
The site was a former care home set in impressive grounds in Winscombe and has been refurbished to a high spec. The building now accommodates four 3 & 4 bed homes.

The Result.
We commenced work on site in June 2019 which included: constructing of a new attached “Orangery” building; external rendering; forming a new floor slab to the garage; constructing a rear wall to garage including window and doors together with internal refurbishment works in partitions and doors; internal decoration; electrics; heating and all works associated with full refurbishment.
The properties reached practical completion in May 2020 and will be ready to handover in June.
